Haifa Blanchard, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of our websites www.haifa-blanchard.com and any other websites created by us from time to time (the “Websites”), including any content, functionality and services made available by means of any of the Websites whether as a guest or a registered user.

When accessing the Websites, we will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions you may take, during your visit. This policy applies to information we collect on the websites and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and the Websites.

By using the Websites or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Privacy Policy.

1. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. We and our associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

2. THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS

You will be able to connect your account to third party accounts. By connecting your account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party websites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

3. RESTRICTIONS

We do not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use the websites only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Information You Provide To Us

The Websites provide various places for users to provide information. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Websites, communicating with us via contact forms, responding to surveys, search queries on our search feature, providing comments or other feedback, and providing information when ordering a product or service via the Websites.
We use information you provide to us to deliver the requested products and/or services, to improve our overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology

As you navigate through the Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone. This also applies when you register for our websites, sign up through any of our forms using your email address or make a purchase on the websites.

6. EMAIL POLICIES

We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information.

We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.

Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from us at anytime.

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

7. GDPR RIGHTS

If you are within the European Union, you are entitled to certain information and have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Those rights include:

9. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES/THIRD PARTY SERVICES

The Websites may contain links to other (“Linked Websites”) we do not operate. The Linked Websites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents of any Linked Websites, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Websites, or any changes or updates to a Linked Website.

Certain services made available via the Websites are delivered by third party websites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the websites’ domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that we may share such information and data with any third party with whom we have a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of the websites’ users and customers.

10. USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES

The Websites may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.

We have no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Haifa Blanchard, Inc. reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. We do not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, we specifically disclaim any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not our authorized spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect ours.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you upload the materials.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. We are under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in our sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

12. COOKIES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY

The Websites’ pages or e-mail messages may contain cookies, web beacons (also known as clear gifs), or similar technologies as they become available. Cookies are information files that the Websites may place on your computer to provide extended functionality. We may use cookies for a number of purposes, such as tracking usage patterns on the Websites, measuring the effectiveness of advertising, limiting multiple responses and registrations, facilitating your ability to navigate the Websites and as part of a verification or screening process. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the use of information collected from you by third party ad servers. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements on the websites and other websites about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
A web beacon is a small graphic image that allows the party that set the web beacon to monitor and collect certain information about the viewer of the web page, web-based document or e-mail message, such as the type of browser requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to and the time the web beacon was viewed. Web beacons can be very small and invisible to the user, but, in general, any electronic image viewed as part of a web page or e-mail, including HTML based content, can act as a web beacon. We may use web beacons to count visitors to the web pages on the Websites or to monitor how our users navigate the Websites, and we may include web beacons in e-mail messages in order to count how many messages sent were actually opened, acted upon or forwarded.

While we take reasonable and appropriate precautions to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized disclosure and to prevent possible security breaches in our websites, services, and customer databases, no website, Internet transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. Your use of the websites and services is at your own risk. We urge you to take steps to keep your information safe by memorizing your password or keeping it in a safe place (separate from your account information), logging out of your user account, and closing your web browser.

Whenever you give us sensitive or confidential information (for example, credit card numbers for Purchases), we will take commercially reasonable steps to protect the information by establishing a secure connection with your web browser. We employ a security technology known as a secure-socket-layer (“SSL”) to protect the transmission of payment information to the websites. Unless otherwise specified herein or on the Websites where you make a Purchase, credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for marketing purposes.

We will only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In some circumstances we may anonymize information about you (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use and retain this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this privacy policy at any time. However, if at any time in the future we plan to use your information in a way that materially differs from this privacy policy, we will post such changes here or email you. We encourage you to periodically review the websites for the latest information on our privacy practices. You are bound by any changes to the privacy policy when you use the websites after such changes have been first posted.
